About Our Services

Done With Debt LLC is an affiliate marketing and consultation company that connects consumers with third-party debt relief providers. By opting in, users agree to receive messages related to their inquiry, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and updates directly related to your request. Message frequency varies based on user interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

SMS Messaging Terms

Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 520-729-9910. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@donewithdebt.com or call 480-420-4992.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive one message after opt in, and various messages responding to you if needed and service-related messages connected to your request when needed. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

SMS Service Subscription Terms

These terms and conditions govern the use of SMS services provided by Done With Debt. By subscribing to the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • To subscribe to the SMS service, the User must opt-in by providing their mobile number to Done With Debt.
  • The User acknowledges that message and data rates may apply. Done With Debt is not responsible for any charges incurred by the User.
  • The User acknowledges that they may receive up to 1–2 messages per week.
  • The User may opt-out of the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any message received.
  • Done With Debt will promptly stop sending messages to the User upon receipt of the opt-out request.

Disclaimer of Liability

Done With Debt will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use of the SMS service. The User assumes all risks and responsibility for the use of the SMS service.

By subscribing to the SMS service provided by Done With Debt, the User agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If the User does not agree to these terms and conditions, they should not subscribe to the SMS service.

This site is owned and operated by Done With Debt, LLC. If you request a consultation, Done With Debt will review your inquiry and may connect you with an independent third-party debt relief provider. Done With Debt is an enrollment and referral company. It does not directly negotiate or settle debts. The applicable provider determines final eligibility, acceptance, program terms, fees, negotiations and settlements.

Availability & Risks

Services through Done With Debt are unavailable to California residents. Availability elsewhere depends on confirmed provider criteria and individual circumstances. Settlement outcomes and timing are not guaranteed. Participation can harm credit, lead to collection activity or lawsuits, and allow interest and fees to increase balances. Not all consumers complete a program. Forgiven debt may have tax consequences.
